The authors studied the endocrine changes durig estrus cycle in buffalo cows. The plasmatic levels of LH, PRL, Progesterone E17B were evaluated by RIA. No correlations were founded between cE17B concentration and absence of oestrus behaviour. The ovulatory peak was not observed in animals with anovulatory heats.
