Abstract

With the initiation and development of scientific Methoolology, it is possible to regulate the relationship between large amounts of data and discretization of these visible subgroups for the appropriate applications of various purposes. The laser scanner is useful to the acquisition of three-dimensional data structures of any complexity, depending on their scope and their precision. ( This research on possibility of an optimization use of the technology for architecture heritage demonstrated the potential uses and benefits of instrumentation) , and developed new methods to return to the optimization of an interactive archive of user-monument-scholar usable in real time for the conservation, restoration and reconstruction. The path is to identify how to select information from 3D laser scanners instrument , allowing the computer to directly choose how to translate the data to the shapes representing architecture and fulfilling the transition from a manipulated drawing to a " automatic drawing" realy. This concept is summarized in two alternatives. One is that the laser scanner instrument makes the critical operation and discern during the acquisition - depending on the type of survey - the information acquired ; the other is to act in the output or post-processing algorithms on the points cloud which collect the information necessary for the type of survey. With this kind of technology, it is possible to implement an application platform that can become an operational model for the use of advanced knowledge, monitoring and conservation of monuments of historical city.
