We have searched for the excited electron neutrino produced from Z 0 decays in the channel e +e -→vv* using the L3 detector at LEP. The decays v*→eW and v*→vγ have been investigated. We have determined an upper limit on the Zvv* coupling as a function of m v* up to the Z 0 mass.
