The paper deals with the interception of weak cyclostationary signals in the presence of non-Gaussian noise. The noise level is assumed unknown but non random. Therefore, the proposed multi-cycle and single-cycle detection structures perform a maximum likelihood estimate of the noise level and detect the signal presence.
