Built environment recovery, maintenance and management. Studies for the enhancement of built, urban and environmental resources

The book reports researches conducted in the PhD Program in Building and Environmental Recovery. The researches have developed, at different scales, systems of knowledge and governance of the processes related to regeneration, reuse, maintenance and management of natural and built heritage. Post-graduate education is an opportunity to deepen issues related to the project of recovery to the different scales (building, urban and environmental). The investigation of strategies for recovery, maintenance and management of buildings requires methods and tools to restore the initial efficiency of the perfomance and to introduce, in a development perspective, new ones.
