We characterize finitefuzzyrelationequations having a uniquesolution. For sake of completeness, we first recall some results already established in foregoing papers in the context of the linear lattices. New results are established in the general setting of the completeBrouwerianlattices. Suitable examples illustrate the theorems obtained.
