We generalize a known result of A. Petrusel [Multivalued weakly Picard operators and applications, Scientiae Mathematicae Japonicae, 59 (2004), 169-202] for continuous multifunctions in posets. Our main result proves the existence of the minimum fixed point provided some suitable conditions are satified. Some examples illustrate the obtained results. Keywords: Poset
