Dialysis patients, treated with Transdermal Fentanyl, and with good control of painful symptoms, have complained of a worsening of symptoms at the end of dialysis. The objective of our study is to asses the effectiveness of Transmucosal Fentanyl as starter doses post-hemodialysis in patients treated with Transdermic Fentanyl.
