La misura della bellezza: metodologie innovative per la valutazione d'impatto paesaggistico.

The inclusion of new infrastructures induces inevitable reflections on the landscape and the relationships between the elements that characterize it. To protect the landscape, the primary aspect to be analyzed is the aesthetic-visual one, whose primary component is the "perception" , not as a simple visual phenomenon but as the result of cultural elaboration of sensory data in terms of contemporary aesthetic parameters. The present study aims to develop a new scheme of landscaping report, adoptable by a local government in case of severely impacting infrastructures, and characterized by a more accurate and informed analysis of the aesthetic an visual characteristic of landscape that could guide designer???choises in the first phases of the project.
