The fact that the didactics evolved to a new one, in the last decade, is a statement. This carries the need of a new way of teaching, using also the modern tools furnished by the technological progress.Latest e-learning systems cannot neglet that their main users have got a basic computer education and generally large web experience. Our intent is to talk about a new concept of e-learning system, which utilizes the capabilities provided by the proficiency/deficiency theory to build personalized learning materials for each user, and to maintain updated the user profile. This environment, which has the aim to be a unique platform in which users can access to the lessons and teachers can build them aided by the intelligence of the system, derives from a mixed approach based on the modern web technologies to realize its community and lessons sides and on the Rational Team Concert - Jazz collaborative software to build its practical and team working side. In a collaborative environment there is a need to provide students with innovative learning resources that support learning. These resources can be constructed from other available resources or even may be prepared by the community itself. This paper discusses these issues.

Abstract
