In this paper a Stability Theorem is proven, for the equilibrium of a non-linear thermoelastic dielectric, which is in contact with conductors along its whole surface. Moreover, a theorem of existence, unicity and stability for a linear dielectric is also proven, when its equilibrium configuration is close to the natural one.
