This note has the aim to present the functional and technological aspects of a prefabrication system used for family homes. In a short time it allows to realize whole residential units in environments such as natural parks, fluvial or laky areas. After the illustration of all the components that define the system assembling process we examined the functional and formal possibilities that the system offers. The main attention is focused on the system energy efficiency.
