This paper is concerned with bifurcation and stability problems for a one parameter family of T-periodic differential systems in the plane, having the origin as an equilibrium point. Under some resonance condition we analyze the existence and stability of T-periodic solutions of the perturbed systems (with respect to a fixed value of the parameter) near the equilibrium point.
