A recently introduced method to map the electromagnetic field intensity at the ground from airborne surveys is considered. The effect of the distance between the sensor’s antennas on the performances of the algorithm is first discussed under the assumption of a completely incoherent electromagnetic radiation from the ground. Then, an extension to a partially coherent scene wherein the sources are assumed to reside beneath a vegetation layer is provided.

Abstract
A recently introduced method to map the electromagnetic field intensity at the ground from airborne surveys is considered. The effect of the distance between the sensor’s antennas on the performances of the algorithm is first discussed under the assumption of a completely incoherent electromagnetic radiation from the ground. Then, an extension to a partially coherent scene wherein the sources are assumed to reside beneath a vegetation layer is provided.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
