After a short introduction oh the electromagnetic radiations and environmental factors which may change their behaviour, in the "General Section", topical and systemic photoprotection and photo(chemio)protection are analyzed, with particular regard to sunscreens. In the "Special Section", suggestions on photoprotection on idiopathic photodermatoses, in some photoaggravated photodermatoses are presented. Suggestions for a correct photoprotection after cosmetic and surgical treatments are then supplied.
