The following introduction presents Issue 35 of SCIENZAEFILOSOFIA. As this is the last issue to follow the usual editorial guidelines, starting with the next Issue, we will transition to a more user-friendly citation system in line with the journal’s international standards. The dossier contains a rich selection of papers dedicated to Georges Canguilhem, a French epistemologist and philosopher who ranks among the great thinkers of the twentieth century, though he remains relatively little studied in Italy. His contributions have been fundamental to both the philosophy of medicine and medical anthropology. Ten other papers follow in the “Contributions” macro-section, ranging from the topic of xenotransplantation to the ethical issues raised by the papal encyclical *Magnifica Humanitas*. The issue concludes with a rich selection of book reviews.
