This paper shows the relationship between Supply Chain Management and sustainability at global level. As we shall see, it will be shown that relationship using a Causal Loop Diagram then we will move on a Stock and Flow Diagram, developing an ad hoc model in System Dynamics. The model will show how the whole system will crash in total absence of Innovation, then we will figures two scenarios, each with different Innovation levels, and see how the Innovation will compensate the depletion of all primary resources.
