Dalla sostanza alla presenza. L’οὐσία aristotelica nell’interpretazione heideggeriana

This paper proposes a reconstruction of Heidegger’s interpretation of the Aristotelian concept of οὐσία as beingness of entities. It starts from the course of 1924, Grundbegriffe der aristotelischen Philosophie, but also considers others Heidegger’s works, where he analyzes the concept of οὐσία. During the paper, it will be clear the relation, in Aristotelian ontology, between being and entities, which leads Heidegger to interpret οὐσία as presence, in contrast with the concept of substance. This paper aims to comprehend the reasons why Heidegger translates οὐσία not with substance, but with presence, according to the interpretation of οὐσία as beingness of entities.
