Theaccuracywasevaluatedbytherecoveryofthecompoundsinwheatstrawhydrolysate.Forsuccinicacid,thebestcondition wasataflowrateof0.6mL/minandacolumntemperatureof60◦Cwhileformicandlacticacidsandfuranswerebetterrecovered at1.0mL/minand60◦C
