Riconversione dei Magasins Généraux de Pantin a Parigi. Una nuova macchina per abitare

The recovery of the Magasins Généraux on the outskirts of Paris is the result of a very complex but well-structured design intervention, in keeping whit the tradition of Frenche urban design. The entire operation involved varrious public and private actora and tackled different scales, from the urban plan to the architectural project. The result achieved, by architect Frederic Jung, has been the staging of a new machine for live and work in the service of the Parisian metropolis of the 21st Century.
