The evolution of the digital transformation from industry 4.0 to society 5.0 has brought up several challenges for immigrant entrepreneurs in terms of shortage of digital skills, resistance to changes, along with social problems such as digital divide, lack of information, access to new technologies etc. This has shifted interest toward the intertwining of information alignment, interpretative cohesion, and cognitive adaptability balance technology and inclusivity. Therefore, via a meso perspective, the research offers a conceptual framework, which combines these three elements, including the continuous interplay between human society and digital society and vice versa. Practically, the paper suggests the development of a T-shaped abilities for immigrant entrepreneurs which have deep expertise in a specific area while also possessing broad knowledge across various fields, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to ever-changing digital environments.
