Public organizations encounter significant challenges brought on by social and cultural changes transforming organizational dynamics. Therefore, they must be more inclusive and reflective, promoting dialogue in the workplace. To achieve this, it is necessary to reflect on a new way of understanding work in public administrations, from a relational perspective, based on dialogical approaches and spaces for sharing ideas. The dialogical approach is considered one of the most effective tools for organizational improvement, and its dissemination addresses the training challenges of aligning public employees' dialogical and behavioral skills, providing them with new skills through a group-oriented dialogical method, which is often lacking in training programs. In this contribution, the authors present preliminary reflections on the use of the dialogical approach in the public sector. This article describes the work carried out as part of an Erasmus+ project involving 10 European partners, which defined guidelines for a dialogical approach in the public sector.

Abstract
This article describes the work carried out as part of an Erasmus+ project involving 10 European partners, which defined guidelines for a dialogical approach in the public sector.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
