Amphiphilic multiblock copolymers based on PCL and containing hydrophilic oxyethylene sequences differently distributed along the chain, were synthesized, formulated as microspheres and investigated as candidates for protein delivery. The results show that a proper control over the structural parameters of the copolymers is the key factor in modulating the overall microsphere properties.

Abstract
